Title: Clarice Bean, Don't Look Now
Author: Lauren Child
Age of Reviewer: 10 Years Old
Favorite Character:
I like Clarice Bean because she has a normal life like everyone else, and she's really funny. She usually gets in trouble from her teacher at school because she just doesn't pay attention. Her friend, Betty, moves away to a different place on the other side of the world and Clarice Bean misses her. That's like me, missing one of my friends who moved to California.
Why I liked this book:
I liked that Clarice Bean reads Ruby Redford books and kind of acts like a spy a little. She heard talking behind the bike shed and she was listening to what they were saying without them knowing she was there. Then she ran off because she heard a bully's voice and she thought something was happening, but she was wrong. It was very spy-like.
Why I didn't like this book:
This book is thicker than the first Clarice Bean book so it took a long time for me to read it.
